My life has now begun

I have been a little busy which is why there has been a lack of post.

Little Liam was due to be born May 26th, At my doctors appointment May 24th my doctor told me if he is not born on my due date, that the next morning, May 27th I would be induced. Well of course my little lover boy is just as stubborn as his momma and dadda put together. So the morning of the 27th we headed to the hospital for me to be induced to get this little nugget out of there. Well he was worth the wait.

Life is amazing as a mom.

This site is absolutely amazing, and makes my blog look like kid stuff!

The Young's website

they blog about a lot, their love, their house, and their new baby on the way that should be here any day! They do some amazing remodels, and post free give a ways, not to mention they break down prices on everything they do. It's an awesome website, it makes me want to redo a room or two... Matt's going to kill me : )

This pregnancy website has been so much help, I cant even begin to tell you all the times I have gone on here and looked up random information, or have rushed over to it to find out what is going on. Baby Center I really like that there is a spot under pretty much every topic for people to write their own experiences.

I have to admit I am totally addicted to housewives of New Jersey., they just crack me up!

Teresa website is pretty nice and interesting to check out

but what is even better then that is reading all the ladies blogs on the Bravo website. OMG! Can you say Cat fight, and viscous at that : )

This website is another goodie I just happen to stumble upon. Moms in the city, its a website for mother's in Chicago, a great way make friends, set up play dates, lady get together's, etc.

I love Ross, he is amazing and so is his blog! Always a fun read.

Brownie Cupcakes- Delish

These brownies came out delicious! I love brownies but I have to say I'm not a big fan of brownies in a pan or pyrex. I hate the crusty edges. So a while back I started making Brownie cupcakes and they are amazing! I don't think I will ever make brownies in a sheet again. I need a dessert for our Mother's Day get together and I wanted to mix things up a bit.

I am a big fan of Reese's candy, the sticks are probably my favorite!

But when making these brownies I decided to put Reese miniatures in the brownie cupcakes.

and it's a decision I wont regret. yummy!

Make brownies as normal, put a thin layer of brownie mix in the pan or cupcake sheets, which ever you prefer. Then cut a Reese Miniature in half and place both pieces in the middle. Cover with another layer of brownie mix. I cooked my brownie cupcakes for 25 minutes. Time may vary depending on your oven.

They came out amazing! Everyone enjoyed them!

My mom has also done this with York Peppermint Patties and she said they were also really good.

Try one of these great ideas or use your own favorite candy!

Publix Baby Club Free Book and Coupons

Restrictions do apply. You must live in the following states to sign up; Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama or Tennessee.

Publix baby club is a FREE club, you are eligible from the time you find out you are pregnant until the time your baby turns 2 years of age. They send out tons of coupons and they also send out this great book by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

The book alone is a $20 value and they don't charge for shipping.

After browsing around on the publix website I also found they have a preschool pals club, which is also free to sign up for. They send out coupons, informationally packets, and fun things for the kids, ages 2-4.

This is definitely something I recommend all soon to be parents and even parents to check out!

A Dedication to my mom.

First I would like to say Happy Mother's Day to all the mother's out there!

I would like to say Happy Mother's Day to the most amazing woman in my life, my mom! You have been an inspiration to me since I was a little girl. Now having a baby of my own, I hope you know how special you are to me. You will always be my mom, but I am so glad to have you as my best friend too. You are an amazing woman. There are days when I just don't know how you do all that you do. Thank you for showing me a precious way to live life, always supporting me no matter how crazy the idea, teaching me unconditional love, all the crazy moments we have made together, the laughs, the hugs, putting up with my tantrums, forgiving my foolishness, accepting me moving to chicago (kinda) : ) loving me at my worse, and teaching me how to be my best, for all that you were 25 years ago and all that you are today. I love you mom!

We Transformed Our Love into Life

I was looking back on all my luscious baby bump pictures and I thought it would be a cool idea to put them all in order, so here we go.

9 week baby bump

11 week belly- I wanted a baby bump so bad!

12 week belly wasn't much now when I look back

14 week belly to me was huge. I was convinces we were having twins.

needless to say we weren't having twins and looking back I cant stop laughing at myself for even thinking i looked big!

15 weeks

16 weeks

20 weeks I couldnt wait because I knew soon we would find out if it was a boy or a girl!

21 weeks. I could not believe how tiny I still was and I couldnt' believe they could tell us we were having a boy! It is truly amazing how the human body works<3

I love these Victoria's Secret yoga pants! They still fit they love me! and at 23 weeks I finally look pregnant!

24 weeks which was one of my greatest weeks, I finally quit puking all day everyday!

25 weeks this is when I realized those prenatal vitamins were working, my hair was growing!

29 weeks

I took sometime off of belly pics because I really was not seeing much change

but back at 34 weeks and looking big!

37 weeks and finally full term.

I have been ready to pop this boy out ever since they told me I was full term.

38 weeks and little Liam is still hanging in there! I served him his eviction notice 2 days ago.

Hopefully that will motivate him to get out of there!
